They continue talking about the Spartan Period and we should  the militarist and collective culture are the most important things for Spartans.

In the Athenian periods they highlights that they were more humanistic and democratic culture Defense of freedom.

And the last one was the Hellenistic Culture. They claim that their influence will live through several centuries through the Roman and Byzantine influence.
